About this Module
Welcome to Module 1. This module takes us into our first habit – stretching outside of our comfort zone.
Our comfort zone is where we default to when under stress. It is designed to keep us safe and small. Now safety is paramount to our survival – however when we are playing small due to fear – our mindset and behaviour can be limited.
Building healthy resilience and being our best selves means we challenge ourselves to step outside of our comfort zone. This module helps us explore how.
