About this Module
Welcome to Module 2. This module takes us into our second habit – trusting your instincts
Trust is a key wellbeing and resilience tool to help us navigate change and uncertainty. Trust can also be seen as the foundation of mental wellbeing. Just like the trunk of a tree, trust offers us a strong foundation to stand upon.
The type of trust we will be exploring in this module is self-trust. The opposite of self-trust is self-doubt. Self-doubt can be debilitating and can limit our potential and resiliency.
