About this Module
Welcome to Module 3. This module takes us into our third habit – developing a resilient mindset.
Most people define resilience as the ability to bounce back. However, we see resilience as so much more than bouncing back- we see it as the mindset of bouncing back. The resilient mindset means you utilise the best version of yourself in moments that challenge you.
How would you define your best self? In this module, we define your character strengths and reveal how those strengths are the framework of wellbeing and resilience.
