About this Module

Welcome to Module 4.  This module takes us into our fourth habit – energy management.

There is no tiredness like teacher tiredness. Learning how to manage your energy levels is an essential wellbeing and resilience habit. In this module, we explore some various factors that lead to teacher fatigue and ways that you can boost your energy and have more longevity, vitality, calm and focus.

With more energy in your tank, your days will seem easier and you will have more time for yourself! Enjoy!
