Revved Up (Emotional Regulation Program)
Purpose: Encourages self-reflection and positive behavior when managing anger and emotions. Teaches students to cool down, maintain safety, avoid escalation, and use positive self-talk
Approach: Uses elements of narrative therapy and practical activities to shift focus toward constructive solutions grounded in personal experience.

Purpose: Eases transitions by training senior students to mentor younger peers through listening, assertiveness, planning, and workshop delivery. Builds confidence, fosters relationships, and strengthens school culture.
