The Resilience Toolbox introduces students to our C.O.R.E. strength model. Utilising evidence-based practices, students learn how to manage their mindset, motivation and emotions using an empowering and strength-based approach. This program offers a deep dive into what resilience is and how to develop habits of resilience.


How The Resilience Toolbox works

The Resilience Toolbox is divided into the following 5 modules:

 

• Self-awareness:

Students are involved in self-reflective activities to get know themselves, their beliefs and how they can shape their mindset

• Self-regulation

Students learn how to regulate their self-talk and negative emotions

• Self-management

Students learn how to regulate their self-talk and negative emotions

• Self-efficacy

Students learn how to regulate their self-talk and negative emotions

• Self-mastery

Students learn how to regulate their self-talk and negative emotions
